Abstract

|
Functional adrenal tumor may release a variety of hormones resulting in several clinical syndrome including virilzation, Cushing`s syndrome, feminization and hyperaldosteronism. `We report here a case of virilizing tumor of the adrenal cortex in 6 year.old female who presented hirsutism. enlarged clitoris resembling hypoepadiac penis and deep voice. These symptoms were gradually regressed after left adrenalectomy.
